1. Purpose of the Processing
Perizie Antiquariato will process the personal data provided as strictly necessary for the execution of the contract or pre-contractual measures related to it, for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
Subsequently, they will be stored in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 solely for archiving purposes, may be disclosed upon request by the relevant bodies and supervisory authorities, and may not be used in any way for purposes other than those related to this consent.
2. Purpose of processing
Specifically, your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- honour the preliminary agreements and prepare the necessary documentation to proceed with defining the terms of the agreement;
- conclude commercial contracts with the data controller, complying with their contents, including from a tax perspective;
- comply with regulatory obligations and any requirements imposed by the competent authority;

This right may not be exercised if it infringes upon the rights and freedoms of others.
4. Recipients of personal data
In accordance with Article 25 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, access to your data will be granted to the number of employees, trained by the data controller, strictly necessary to not compromise the fulfilment of the purposes referred to in point 2.
The data controller, if required by applicable regulations, may provide your data if requested by competent authorities, relevant bodies, supervisory bodies and those entities to whom communication is mandatory under the law for the fulfilment of the purposes set out above.
5. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you may exercise your rights of access under Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in addition to those already mentioned above, consisting of the possibility to:
- request the data controller to grant access to personal data and to correct or delete such data or to restrict the processing thereof or to object to their processing;
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority as defined in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
- receive all available information on the origin of the data if it has not been collected from the data subject;
- receive additional copies of the personal data being processed, including in electronic format, subject to a fee to cover administrative costs. This right may not be exercised if it infringes upon the rights and freedoms of others.
The data controller will also provide a copy of the personal data being processed and inform the data subject of the existence of adequate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the transfer of personal data if such data are transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
